It has been a day since my Annual Review and the dust has begun to settle. I am pleased at how it went. I still wish it could have been in person. I am so tired of Zoom meetings. My friends spoke candidly, but I think I invited too many because most of the time they were very quiet. I wanted an active and lively conversation but that didn’t happen. I had prepared to lead the meeting, but I should have spent more time in facilitating a conversation. We came up with only minor changes with the goals. All in all, yesterday was a good day’s work. I couldn’t ask for more from an Annual Review.
