I don’t know about you but when I change one thing in my life, a whole lot of other unplanned changes occur. For example, I read a book that said eating a plant based diet would be good for climate change, which is an important issue for me. This change led me to using the microwave more, my blood work has improved, and I have become more environmentally aware. Knowing this is important when we set new goals in our IPP we change our life. There are the direct changes it will cause, but also all those indirect changes as well. We must be vigilant and monitor these changes so we can navigate these changes successfully.
