I have been in Self-Determination and the top lesson I have learned it all requires team work, each member pulling their weight and giving 100%. Such commitment to winning and reaching goals requires a great of motivation, and few things can match the motivational power of enthusiasm. It is contagious spreading from one person to the next. It can brighten the gloom and doom of nay sayers, and bring the indifferent to their feet. Self-Advocates have so much that they want to accomplish in their plans, and they may face too much resistance in reaching their goals, we need a team that will fight for us and go the extra mile for us. Enthusiasm can help that come true.
