Dreams are like a locked door, You walk up to the door and find the door is locked. The only way into the building is through that door. You knock on the door, but no one answers, so you take out a tiny key and put in the door knob and turn it. Then you can open the door and walk inside. Dreams are so big and grand it’s so hard get a handle of them. They seemed locked and unmovable. Yet it is my experience that a tiny idea applied just so can can let us access and reach are dreams. May be at your planning meetings your dreams seem like locked doors. Don’t despair and give up. Search for that tiny idea that will unlock your door.
