I have an awesome Self-Determination team, tight, motivated, and competent On the team I have my Service Coordinator and my Fiscal Management Services contact. I don’t have an Independent Facilitator because I have such a tiny budget. Besides, my SC I am so skilled and motivated I don’t need one. Her vote of confidence is very flattering. We are motivated to achieving my goals, communicate effectively, and respect each other. I am very grateful for the team that I have. Being in Self-Determination can be hard at times and it is great to have my team backing me up. My friends, peers, and colleagues also support me in my effort. With all the support I am getting, I don’t feel that I am going it alone. How is your team going? Is it working for you?
