Today was the day of the big conference. It was held in the Doubletree Hotel in Mission Vallely, a very beautiful and modern hotel. I attended presentations by first-rate speakers on Self-Determination and Person Driven Planning which introduced the concept of HARD goals. I had a vegetarian meal for lunch which was quite yummy. After lunch, I went home for a SSAN Officer meeting to prepare for our quarterly meeting next week. Next I read the online version of the packet for the meeting. All in all it was a long day.
