Time really flies because I can’t believe that I have been in Self-Determination for 3 years now. It seems like only yesterday that I was enrolled into the program. The hardest thing to deal with in the program has been the waiting on the Business Office. The biggest lessons are learned are 1) do your home work, 2) remind people of the procedures, and 3) communicate. The forth lesson is team unity. All the players SCs, FMSs, and me need to feel respected and that we are all on the same team. Having a good handle on timelines helps that out tremendously. I am looking forward to another year.
