I don’t know if it is just me or may be you too have the desire to take things one step further. I especially do this when i work on my computer–be it writing, number crunching, or web authoring. There is something within me that won’t let me stop. Self-Advocacy is the same way. I can’t just stop speaking up for myself. Life is always moving on and so must I. Also, I don’t want to always playing catch up with my speaking. i want to take the lead. I want to set the stage for what happens. There is a word for that–being proactive. We speak and act with our goals in mind whether its at the personal level or the systemic level. Never stop until you cross the finish line.
